Our management platform combines the asset and construction management expertise of Orion Residential with the property management skills of RAM Partners.

With RAM’s experience managing more than 45,000 units across 18 states, they offer sage insight on developing and implementing the right operating strategy for our investments. As such, our strategic joint venture extends our depth, expertise, and geographical footprint, enabling us to better serve our clients

To date, we have completed in excess of $100 million of renovation projects throughout our portfolio.
